With very few exceptions, most people have some of them. Early childhood circumstances are tremendously important because those years are the formative years in which we created our belief systems. By the time we became adults, most of those belief systems were already obsolete. They were early conditioning and early programming that are actually not supporting or helping us in our adult lives because times have changed and they are not relevant anymore.
Through Inner Child Healing people are able to get themselves unstuck, free from old freeze, old fears, but also from transgenerational emotions and trauma that everyone inherit from their parents and their family lineage.
This is not a small thing. If you think about it, we don’t even know what we carry with us that has been passed down to us from generation to generation. When we heal ourselves, not only we heal our ancestors and family lineage, but we stop passing it down to our own children.
We owe to our children our healed version.
